During my Xmas vacation, I stayed in a 5-star hotel that had a great breakfast buffet with a lot of variety of food choices. Plus, the hotel was situated in a peaceful area, away from the bustling city, yet easy to reach from both the city center and the airport. the hotel had a swimming pool, which was free to use.
My stay was ruined by the lack of cleanliness of the hotel room. There was dirt and dust everywhere, which was very unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable.

We were impressed by the delicious in, room breakfast and the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff.
this was not a major inconvenience as there were plenty of other entertainment options available to us, including the leisure/TV room and the bar/lounge area.
